The customer relations departments present within most of the MM and MMM Migros Stores,
are trying to help our customers wishes, suggestions and criticisms in the moment.
In the stores that do not have customer relations department, store executives and store
assistant executives are waiting to hear the suggestions of their customers.
Problems communicated to the store are immediately solved within the store.
